You are a visionary pastor with effective leadership and teaching skills, confirmed by other Christian leaders. You have worked successfully with a multi-member Pastoral Team and have a passion for seeing God’s people grounded in the truth of God’s word and a vision to see God’s people reach others outside the church locally and globally. You have a sense of “being sent out” into ministry.

You are known for your demonstration of the Love of Christ in your life and believe that the Bible is the divine word of God. You believe that prayer is the foundation and power of the Christian life and practice the discipline of prayer for God’s leading in all areas of your life. You are sensing a leading from the Lord to move into a new ministry as the Lead Pastor.

We are an intercultural congregation of about 1100 people with a six member Pastoral Team located in the growing City of Brampton, located northwest of Toronto, near the Lester B. Pearson (Toronto) Airport, in the Greater Toronto Area. Through our world Missions Team we also support 40 missionaries locally and globally.
