Computer Class Instructor:

• Responsible for delivery of instruction of computer classes in accordance with the prescribed course outline and supplied curriculum resources in the training room of the iCAN Centre.  Instructors may choose to enhance their activities through use of their own resources also.

Computer Class Coach:

• Responsible for providing assistance to the Computer Class Instructor by:
• Recording client attendance
• Supporting and participating in the activities of the class under the guidance of the Computer Class instructor
• Providing individual coaching to clients during class activities under the direction of the Computer Class Instructor

Internet Cafe Coach:

• Responsible for providing assistance to clients in the use of the iCAN Centre computers when the Centre is open for “Free Internet Café”.

iCAN Website Administrator:

• Develops and maintains the iCAN website including design and content.
